“The T20-S was my first vape device. I've now tried several others with mixed results and just bought my second. The size isn't the most compact, though it certainly isn't large, and I mostly use it at home. I have small pod devices to travel with. The draw is light (even though I still vape MTL) with the .8ohm coils and the flavor is the best of any unit I have tried. It's an older model now, but I still strongly recommend it.”
“This review is only regarding the product, as ET has been great and my order was processed right and delivered very fast even with standard shipping.
The unit leaks. A search on Google showed a Reddit thread of at least 6 or so other owners of this same unit with the same issue. Finally I used all my might to tighten the whole thing as much as I could but that left a crack in the transparent part where you can see the liquid. Sadly, I don't think I can return the item as I believe this store only takes back unopened orders (but could be wrong). So if I had to guess, one in 50 of these may be defective, or the design is just not great. After doing what I just said though, and putting electrical tape over the side of the joint where the leak continued no matter how tight it got, (and replacing the original coil with the replacement it does come with in the box), it's usable, just not the best experience or best looking with a piece of black electrical tape. The unit does it's job - I'd probably give 2.5 or 3 stars if I could return it. Seeing now if they'll possibly replace it. Decent product, but if yours leaks try to get it replaced, don't do what I did and possibly damage it further.”
