After owning the device for around 2 weeks, the pods started burning very quickly. They would only last around 2 refills before becoming unhitable, which was a bit ridiculous. Then, 3 weeks later, my device started badly overfiring, for around 6 seconds after each hit, causing one pod to burn in less than 24 hours, which is ridiculous. Don’t buy this product if you want a device that will last longer than a month.

The battery in this unit isn't sufficient. Do NOT order the red ones. Ordered 2 and they're dead out of the box. Have to work magic on them to get anything out of them. Ordered 4 gun metal grey. 2 of those are iffy at best. Have to constantly dissassemble the units and clean them. They need to copy the Vuse Alto model. Those things are rock solid but their pods suck. If SMOK can figure out how to make their vape sticks as resilient as the Alto, they'll have a winning product. Otherwise, these things will just go in the trash after a few weeks.

I'm way done with the tanks. These low voltage units and the high nic content are so much more satisfying and so much more discreet. I started with Juul then moved to Blu and now the Smok Infinix. These Smok units are by far the best...not even close. They are easy to fill, do not leak and last all day. They are most definitely...the way to go.

Very happy with this purchase! Stopped smoking cigarettes 2 weeks ago while using the juul system, but wanted something more, better flavor, more variety, better value... the infinix gave me everything I wanted and more! It's a great system, I've had no issues with pods leaking, or spit back. The battery life isn't an issue for me, I hit it a few times when the craving occurs and that's all... not a chain vapor. It does charge fast, and if battery life was an issue it's priced well enough to also purchase a back up. I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to replace a juul, or anyone trying to quit smoking.

Let it charge fully out of the box and after one hit said it needed to be charged. Charged it again and again only let me hit once before dying. The novo is much better quality and not much more

Infinix is an awesome vape. Great feel, tight draw, and discrete... but within a few weeks if craps out on you. The price isnt bad until you end up buying a new one every 2-3 weeks. I have purchased three total, all with the same outcome, before finally just switching to the novo.

So far I'm really digging my Infinix. It's been two weeks without a real cigarette and I must admit it hasn't been as difficult as I thought it would be. My only con is that I wish the battery life was a bit longer and sometimes you do end up with some burnt tasting hits if you have stored it in your pocket and the juice moves from one side to the other, leaving one of the wicks with less juice. Other than that, can't complain. Have to buy another one for my boyfriend who won't stop taking mine!
