“Love the product but totally frustrated with the device stopping working. It won’t charge. This is the 4th unit I have bought since June. Same problem every time. Even with the coupons customer service offers to send it’s the inconvenience. You never know when it will just die on you and it won’t charge. It’s not the charge cord. It’s the device itself. Very disappointed”
“I’m in love with this thing! I prefer the Vuse Alto over a cigarette and that’s saying A LOT. Love the Original flavor. Tastes like mellow pipe tobacco. It’s by far the best cigarette replacement I’ve ever tried.”
“Brand new alto out the box Did not work. Called the customer service line and they apologized and said they would send me a voucher to purchase a new one for two dollars. What a joke. The caveat they said it would take 2 to 4 weeks before I would receive my voucher LOL waste your money if you want”
“At first, I was impressed. It was different from smoking, but I didn't stink and it was good enough. Then the pods started leaking when I'd take a puff. So I started trying it at a different angle (doesn't work 100% of the time, but works more often than not). Now, when I buy the refills (2 in a box at about $15 a pop) almost every other one tastes burnt. I really want to like this product, but it's costing me more than smoking actual cigarettes did. Looking to try a similar product, but I'm not sure where to start so I don't have any alternatives to offer. Basically, if this is your first venture, try a different product.”

“Love the draw but the flavors need work. Original is gross - supposed to be tobacco but it’s not even close. The “tobacco” doesn’t even compare to Juul flavor. Mint is pleasant but I’m not a real mint lover in a cigarette - I like a good tobacco cigarette taste. If this had the Juul Virginia tobacco flavor, I’d give it 5 stars.”
