“Really wanted to give this product 5 stars.. I like the looks, convenience and vapor production.. but there are some flaws. (And after 2 months of use and 3 Novo kits purchased, along with 2 packs of pods I feel it's time to voice my opinion). I'll start with the pros though.. nice and sleek.. excellent vapor production.. quick charge time.. very aesthetically pleasing!!
Now the cons :(... Battery's do not last long "life expectancy" is not good, I noticed diminished charge and power after about a month off of each battery.. the springs that push the "probes" up to make contact with the pod are not strong at all, every battery ends up with a probe that does not return to it's extended position (and if no contact is made, battery will show a fault in the LED).. air flow will become diminished, quickly, the air intake "vents" are placed all along the sides of the battery, easy to become clogged if you keep it in your pocket or hold it with non_gloved hands..
No way to clean battery "vents" thoroughly without destroying battery.. I used compressed air, to no avail.. then decided to use quick dry electronic cleaner shot through the center hole. (completely killed my first battery).. now the Pods.. pros.. easy to fill, convenient, excellent vapor production... Cons, they all LEAK! I'm not talking about out of the mouthpiece (that's not a concern of mine), but out of the seam that joins the mouthpiece to the tank.. there is no actual seal there, it just seems to be plastic on plastic.. the liquid always finds a way of escaping.. not only that but the price was jacked up an additional 2 bucks recently.. I'm going to continue using this device until I can find a better one that meets my standards.. but, this is a little disheartening having to buy a new KIT every month due to bad engineering.. I'm not knocking this supplier at all, electric tobacconist has great prices and a wonderful product line.. SMOK kinda seems to have kinda dropped the ball on this one..”
“Love the Pod concept the hit was nice and smooth and it's very stealth as far as the unit goes so you can take it anywhere it's great for being mobile and the flavor was just completely amazing !”
“I carry two of these leave one on charger and use the other. Get about a half a day of heavy use.. i put down the heavy mods and tanks and just use this with 25mg fluid. The smok fit is trash but the novo is a great product”
“The battery life needs to be better. Ot does have a good draw, but the pods get a little leaky. If I lay it down too long liquid drips out. Usually there is a slight puddle under the device.”
