“I can see how "cough syrup" might be used to describe this, but it has a more complex flavor than NyQuil. More like chambord. I added a touch or ethyl malto to tone down the sour bite, found that didn't quite do it, so a drop of TFA sweet cream brought it to a nice desert liquor flavor for me.”
