“I have been using Blu since they first came out. Had a little problem with single use ones so I switched to the pods !! Have to say was extremely ticked when government said no more flavored pods. But found the menthol to be ok.. Thank God !! Since using the pods only found one problem and I called the company and talked to the most pleasant rep. And trust me I used to be a customer service rep on the phone taking in calls and its not easy. The problem I was having was the pod wouldnt connect to the device. she explained in detail what to do to help it connect and it worked like a charm. Now if it happens again with another pod (every so now and then) I repeat the process and all is great !!! Blu, their products and their customer service reps are a great company ! I highly recommend them ! Cherylee Bell”

“Vuse is a backup system that I use. Since the 2021 & 2022 changes, flavored pods can't be sold in the city. If I go in a county gas station, they have Vuse or myBlu. I'm overjoyed you have both and their devises. Glad you had alot if the colors, I hope they bring back Red!”

“Don't know why the complaints about them always breaking had my same battery for over a year and it still works like brand new. My favorite pen by a mile. Great quality and they fixed the leaky pod issue the early pods had.”
