“I'm unsure how SMOKs coils are lasting for everyone else. I've triedmesh coils for this tank and the TFV12 tank. So far my success rate is 1/3 actually lasting for more than an hour or so. I'm not throwing the coals to these coils or anything. In fact, I'm using a SMOK device (Prince). The coils are still usable (relatively) just incredibly weak vape production. I'd pass on these coils (and any from SMOK) until production value is better. Again, only about 1/3 work properly for more than an hour on average.”
“These coils have been flawless. The single mesh coil is pretty airy. But they handle 100 plus watts no problem. They last a good while too. I've been using Mesh Pro & Falcon coils, and these are just as good for flavor. I use them around 95W not the suggested 120W and get great flavor and big clouds. I haven't tried the new OFRF Conical coils yet. But those probably perform great at a lower wattage than the rest.
Pro tip- don't purge with the TDV16. It creates a ton of vapor and juice will pool up in the bottom of it. When you tip it seepage can leak out.”
“Very good flavor and cloud production. Coils last a while when wattage is around 110 or lower. Paired with a decent juice, this is my favorite coil for this Smok.”
