“I enjoy the Product. It is a decent substitute for the Mark Ten which I have used for years until it was discontinued. I have bought dozens of refills, and have had issues with probably 4 or 5 cartridges that did not work? The "pen" would blink non stop like the battery was dead, even though it was completely charged. I have 2 pens devices and they cartridges worked on neither. But worked fine once I switched it. I ended up tossing those which was wasteful and EXPENSIVE. The batteries are touchy and not as long lasting or robust as the mark ten, but this is the best substitute I have been able to find.”
