“It WORKS! Which is what counts after last time’s order did not which you honored and refunded. I had to rebuy because I had cartridges to use and couldn’t return them but it all worked out just fine.”

“I ordered two and they both came in non-working condition. They wouldn’t charge or remain charged so I couldn’t use the cartridges that I had also purchased. I contacted the seller and they reimbursed the chargers and the USB’s and I re-ordered one new blu charger. If that doesn’t work either, I don’t know what I’ll do with the cartridges I purchased since they don’t want me mailing those back to them. Reimbursement possible if I can’t use the charger/USB? I guess I’ll find out.”

“Although purchased by mistake it was a good thing. The starter kit comes with everything needed and I love the slim round size and shape of a cigarette. I prefer the Gold Leaf flavor which needs to be offered in this style kit.”
