“I voted 'Good' because I really like this product. With that being said, I must mention the reason for the not-so-perfect rating. I have encountered one frustrating problem over the last couple years of using the Vuse original refills. Easily, one out of every ten cartridges seems to be faulty. They will either not make the secure connection to the fully charged 'battery', or when they do the battery flashes red and white but produces nothing. Using a different battery sometimes helps, but not always - as today....both cartridges from the same $14.95 2-pack refill do not work. They will not 'connect to either of the 3 functioning batteries I have. I live in California that is the price of a 2-cartridge refill....................”
