“I was satisfied with this product until recently, it seems lately I am having issues with cartridges. It seems some are leaky, some just don't work at all. It's not the battery account one will work and one doesn't. I reported this to place of purchase and they credited me with replacements. I'm now planning on trying the Alto to compare”

“I receive some battery charges that Don't fit the little black thing that you need to charge the cartridges and you CAN'T get that separately. This has happened three times. I Don't know how you figure out the 40 day limits to buy cartridges for 30 days. What 30 days, from when to ehen?”
