“The products I have received have always been good although I have had some of the pods from Njoy cut off and with a lot of Vape Juice left in them. I have had this happen from store bought pods as well and really don't know how to request they be replaced with "working ones" or how to extract the Vape Juice from those that quit; so if there were a way to replace the defective ones, I would be grateful. (Like a return envelope enclosed in the box marked for return to Electric Tabacconist.”
