“I thank the electric Tobacconist for all they do. Sure would like to see the tracking improve. I never know when the last mile courier will show up at my home. Now to say something about Njoy. They have had lots of ups and downs. Dealing with their customer service is near impossible. I have tossed plenty of Njoys for mutible reasons. Some taste like burnt cotton some do not work at all straight out of the package. I Some leak juice in your mouth. Good luck returning defective ones. I gave up long a go.”
