“The past several orders of this products were very bad. From the pack of 30 in every order, half of the pods stopped working after only a few puffs. I had put them to the garbage. I called the help desk and they send me the coupones for only the 10 of deffected pods. These coupones can be used only in the store, but no store in IL, where I live, sells 1.2% strenth of the Gold Leaf pods, I use.”
