“I was tasked with specifying and purchasing a complete confined space solution for our company on a dpecific application. I found some items on Amazon and I thought it looked pretty cheap. It just didn't feel great to me that I couldnt talk to anyone. Frankly, I was thinking to myself, "this is about potentially saving one of our employees lives". So I started doing more reaearch online. I found a few excellent articles that led me to Major Safety's website. I was feeling a lot more comfortable with my understanding, mostly because of Major Safety's website. I decided to give them a call. I was quickly routed to someone that answered all my questions, helped me spec out what was best for our company, and I had total confidence. I learned A LOT from them. Phone setvice was rxcellent, email response excellent. And their price to calibrate our gas sensor was less than half price. Yes, I paid a small premium over a cheap online seller with no support. But the stakes are high, their products are high quality and will last for years(and meet all OSHA regs). P.S. I never heard of Major Safety before I was put on this project, I got no $ to write a review...my experience was just that good. Ill keep buying cheap stuff on Amazon for non critical things, but all my safety stuff is coming from Major Safety.”
