The wiring and assembly were goor quality and easy to fit on a bicycle, I have a Delta Recumbent Trike and that made things a bit more complicated. But with a bit of ingenuity it went on and worked first try. I would recommend the kit to any one looking for an ebike conversion.

I have recently completed the conversion of two bikes using Panda conversion kits, I found these kits to contain very good quality components and easy to assemble. I also found the company exceptionally helpful and my thanks to Oliver for his kind patience

I don't have the LED but the non LED type. I love the responsiveness of front wheel drive and the balance of the bike, which is in the centre. The bike i made was substantially cheaper than the e-bike i bought for a thousand which now has a minor motor problem. On a mountain bike the tyres soak up that extra weight and deal with poor roads. I used the twist gear changers and their brakes. Would recommend this.

I bought this kit to aid my 14mile commute (each way), which I ride 3 times a week. I now arrive at my destination feeling far less tired than previously. The ride now takes 51mins down from an hour. On days when its blowing or raining I know I will get their OK! I take the charger with me. After installation the bike weighs around 5kg more than previous, so it's at 20kg. The cabling is generally unobtrusive on a black bike, most cabling is long enough although the crank sensor cable could be longer. My kit uses the LCD screen, so it will detail your current speed, distance travelled etc. This has worked without issue in some very wet weather. So far, I have racked up 20 hours usage at an average of 16.4mph. I generally target a max speed of 19mph, after that you don't get much more power. The LCD screen is a little tricky to use, the manual could do with a re-write, but it does the job. Overall very happy with the purchase, only time will tell if it remain reliable, but so far it's working very well.

The kit arrived well packaged and in good time. The assembly was quite straightforward, and when I did call Panda on the hotline for advice on one item I spoke to Oliver and found him to be most helpful. Having tested the bike on a 25K ride on Dartmoor I am impressed with the ease of operation and the pulling power from such a small hub. There is also no perceptible drag when freewheeling. A good buying experience and a good product.

The kit does it's job and worked straight out of the box. The frame bag, for excess cable, is a good idea. The only niggle is the box for the controller. It's all a bit tight in there and the lid has popped one of its screws. But no matter, I have sourced a slightly bigger one and will be rerouting cablework soon.
