“I first bought a set of lotus lights from Pro lighting for project I had nearing a finish. First order, there were some issues getting my order to me on time, dealing back forth with Shaun which I felt, he showed no interest in making it right. Even paid for earlier shipping, which had never got, but It happens, so I decided to move on, let it go.
Second order. Placed an order for two sets of lights for another customer project I was working on. This time the lights showed up as expected, on time. Same lights (lights by lotus)from my first order. One set of lights were correct, the other set were wrong. Checked my order, and the order placed was correct. Contacted Shaun on a Wednesday. Was advised to send a photo by email, which I did. I expressed my concerns on timeline for a customer of mine and completion was dire. Never heard back from anyone. Following Tuesday, I had to call, Miranda said she had no idea what was going on. She would have to reach out to Shaun and figure it out. No reply back. I call Wednesday to finally reach Shaun. My email apparently went to spam? After I sent it again per Shaun’s requests?
So now a week later, Shaun decides he is actually gonna investigate what happened. I send another email a day later? Shaun is just now reaching out to lotus for a replacement. At this point I now have to wait the 5-8 days delivery of the replacement. So I guess despite my doing right, pro lighting isn’t gonna get my lights to me as needed soonest possible. THANKFULLY, I reached out to lotus, and they let me know of a supplier in my general area here in Texas. Not only did this company take the wrong lights that were sent to me and give me the correct ones, they gave me a discount for the issues I was experiencing with another lotus retailer. Needless to say, because of them, I finished my customers project a day later then expected, which was also before the replacement lights were received to me, 4 days later. Absolutely terrible customer service. 1 stars were simply because I really like the lights.

Cons:
.Takes about 6 seconds for the lights to turn on once i flip the switch on my wall.
. Wish there was more that 48" of wire off each light.

“I've installed tons of pucks throughout my career. These looked great and were very basic to install. Works with traditional dimmers so no need for 0-10v conductors. Reasonably priced.”
