“I am a 9 year customer, having bought the same type of fixture through ProLighting throughout the fluorescent, then early LED and the current LED phases. I clicked reorder on the same fixture I've bought for the last few years and the order came up. I did not check my order closely to see that the fixture that came up was not my repeat order, but a 2 foot fixture instead. Pricing for two was close to the same. When the fixture arrived it was obvious that it and the lamps in a separate package were 2 ft When I called ProLighting and explained what had happened, they told me that couldn't of happened because they no longer carry that fixture. When I politely explained that it did happen and I wanted to return the incorrect fixture, I was told to send an email and was promptly hung up on. I waited a few minutes and called CS back and a new gentleman explained he would refer my order to the returns department. At least he was polite. I followed the instructions that arrived a few days later. I had to UPS the fixtures back on my dime ($60 plus dollars) and was also told that there was a 15% restocking fee, which I was indeed charged. Another $26. I will not be ordering any additional fixtures from ProLighting. Nor will a family member who is an architect and electrical designer.”

“Awesome fitment with what I was able to come up with on the other plate to install these new ones. These plates don’t fit from a swap one out to put these in. But they’re awesome with combining them. Gary B. From Prolighting is and has been great for us. Look forward to working with keystone and Pro lighting for the foreseeable future. Not sure how the rating system actually works. So if 1 star is the best. It’s a 1 star. If the 5 star is the best. Then it’s a 5 star. Either way. Pro Lighting is top notch!
