“We had a difficult time finding a low profile 277 volt fixture. We installed seven in the main lobby. Within two days of installation they started changing colors and had to be taken down and the selection switch toggled. As of today, two weeks after installation onlt three of the seven are operational.

I’m sorry to hear about the color-changing issue and the units that are no longer operational.
These items do have a 5 year warranty, so you may be eligible for replacements.
