First, the customer representative was very curteous and extremely helpful. He conducted a quick research to verify that the required replacement light was an new/updated version of our originally installed lighting from 4 years ago. He verified the specifications, color, and installation procedures and I was able to then go back into their web site and place my order. Second, their cost per light was over two-thirds the price less than a local company was going to charge if I ordered through them. I actually ordered three repacement lights, and along with the tax and shipping charge those three lights cost ten dollars less than the local company's price. Finally, Prolighting met their shipping time and I received my new lights three business days after placing my order. A very smooth transaction at a fraction of the cost from ordering from a local company and in comparison with other online vendors.”
