“Installed 8 PIR40 sensors. Simple install. 3 would not shut lights off according to default settings. Contact with customer support and RAB Tech Support resulted in a remedy involving a $64 remote to adjust the default settings. Tech provided the remote as a courtesy to solve the problem.”
