“Not as good as they used to be. I have bought and installed approximately 30 of these in the past. I never had to screw them in place because the magnets were so strong. The magnets on the ones that I just purchased will not even keep it in place long enough to get one or two screw in it. Many times they fell out on my head. I have installed ALL of them in the same brand and model light fixture. Lights purchased previously have been really good and are still working. I am already concerned how long these ones might or might not last based on the cheap magnets.”
