“I really wanted to like these lights, but unfortunately they didn’t work for my space due to sizing issues. My measurements were only off by a couple of inches because the base of this fixture is nearly twice the size of the base on the light I was replacing. That wasn’t obvious from the listing photos, and it made the install impossible without modifying the mounting area.
The bigger issue was the return process. I intended to exchange them for a smaller size, but the return shipping cost was essentially the same price as the product itself. When I called customer service, I was told they would not provide a return label.
It’s 2026 — most companies offer free or at least reasonably priced returns. Charging return shipping equal to the product cost makes exchanges unrealistic and discourages future purchases.
The lights may be fine quality-wise, but the sizing details and return policy make this a risky buy. I would not order again unless you’re 100% certain of fit and comfortable potentially eating the return cost.”
