“This flat panel from RAB was less than expected. purchased 9 flat panels and 3 showed up damaged. Seems like the housing is not very rugged. The packaging allowed damage even though the carton was ok on delivery. 3 of the 9 purchased were a different design. Checked that all the models matched before installation however the color of the 3 were not the same kelvins. Customer even noticed and made us move them around. The plastic lens is very fragile, one had a hair line crack that was more noticeable once the light was turned on. We will explore other models before our next installation.”
