“This product (from Order No: 880971 on 19/12/2022) has not yet been received.
The tracking indicates it has arrived in Perth and is awaiting customs clearance however Australia Post have advised that only the documentation for the ord (and not the order itself) has arrived.
They also advised that any investigation into where the product is MUST be initiated by the sender (i.e. Siroko).
I contacted you on 27/1/2023 asking for further information on my purchase but have yet to receive any response.
A reply and an update would be much appreciated.
