“i have never experienced such poor customer service from a company. Your sight says you will get back to people in 3 days , it has been over 2 weeks and I am not impressed in the least. If i don't have someone get back to me soon I will be returning the entire order that is of course assuming I get an rma before my 30 days is up. Really pathetic example of customer service, something I would expect from an american company.”
