J'ai envoyé un ticket depuis + d'1 semaine et demi, tjrs aucune réponse. J'attends que quelqu'un me contacte de façon à que je puisse échanger ma paire actuelle qui pour moi présente un défaut de fabrication.

“I have to rebuke my comments I have made about this company. I ordered a pair of snow goggles well over 3 1/2 weeks ago. I never received my product and figured I had been had. I never realized the company was in Spain and I in California and that shipping would take longer. I checked my mailbox today and my goggles were there. Not only were they there they are freakn rad! They fit over my glasses better than any of my other snow goggles. Although I have already missed two snowboard trips without new goggles I am excited to finally have them and ready to rock them on my next trip. Thank you Siroko for coming thru in the end.”
