“I love your product and finally receiving the vest is wonderful. Good quality, fits well, happy. Unfortunately, the shipping delay and then lost item meant the eventual replacement arrived as our winter season finished, so it did not get to be worn. It was too long a process for you to claim the loss and then send another. Perhaps the customer service could improve a little there.”
