“Super light, couldn't believe it would be effective against wind AND rain, but first use it keep me completely dry in fairly solid rain. I am normally a size 10, but with large chest. I got a L and it fits perfectly around chest, a little loose around tummy, but it doesn't drag. Definitely recommend.”
