“The product is fine for the price. The reason for my scoring is the sizing chart Siroko provides is totally inaccurate and their customer service if there’s a problem. Prior to purchasing I messaged their customer service informing them of the discrepancy in prices in their sizing chart and asking how to deal with the size difference between L and XL. Their guidance was wrong and led to me ordering the wrong size. To return or exchange they want me to send from California to Spain paying for shipping and duties and taxes. It’s not worth it. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on jerseys over the last 3 years with Siroko and this was my first bib purchase. I’ve sent several emails to get this corrected and most have gone unanswered except for the response saying tough luck. Pay the equivalent of what the item costs in shipping and duties and my time to do all this to get basically nothing back. Siroko… you did me dirty! Please help!”
