I find the fit and sizing of the XL to be perfect for me (I'm 183cm tall, with 34" waist). And best bit is that the shoulder straps are the perfect tension and balance between elastic and length. So the chamois pad doesn't move around, nor is it so tight that its uncomfortable...

can't fault these (well maybe a hidden pocket on the thigh would be nice...
