I ordered bib shorts from the size chart on the website. The wrong size was sent out and I had to return them at my own expense ( €18.50).
Worst customer service ever. Told me it was my fault I ordered the wrong size. I went by the chart on the website. When I told them that it was incorrect they said “ We will work on what you tell us to keep improving””
