“I bought the Medium in this jacket, as this was the correct size for me as indicated by the sizing guide on the Siroko website. However, when it arrived, it was grossly undersized, to the point where the zip barely met at the bottom. I contacted Siroko customer services in order to exchange it for a larger size but was told that I would need to pay for return delivery and customs costs to send it back to Spain from the UK. That would cost me almost as much as the jacket did initially, meaning it's pointless to send it back and that I'm now stuck with a jacket I can't wear.
I replied stating that the sizing guide on their website was clearly wrong but I received a copy and paste response saying the same thing as before. It seems clear that Siroko care very little once they have your money.
It's a shame, as the jacket seems to be made from good quality material and I would have bought lots more gear from Siroko and recommended them to the cycling groups I'm in, but this experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I definitely won't be spending any more money with them.
If you're in the UK, I'd advise you to avoid them too, unless they correct their sizing guide or returns/exchange policy.”
