“These seem to be a nice, high quality bib bike pant. Unfortunately, they have a short inseam and the bottom hem was baggy around my legs so I need to return them. I might have tried to exchange them for a different size but I am very dissatisfied with the return process. You have to send an email requesting a return instead of, like most companies, getting a simple return code and label. After two attempts, I have not heard anything back to make my return. Frustrating!”
