I bought size XL and the jacket fit perfectly (I am 187 cm and 83 kg). The fabric is very elastic. I think this jacket fits in climates down to 6 to 10 degrees depending on what you wear as a baselayer.
The only thing I think can be improved is a less elastic edge on the pockets so that it is easier to get hold of gel and energy bars.”
