“I’m giving this 3 stars for two reasons. First based on the size chart a medium should have fit my son but it was too small. Second I can’t seem to get a response from your website to help me exchange it for the correct size. My son really likes the coat and is hopeful that the bigger size will work which is why I’m giving it a second chance. Hopefully I’ll hear from you soon.”
