“I loved the jacket in the photos, but it did not fit me well. It is a bit bulky and too big in some areas and too small in others. However, my main reason for 2 stars is the return policy. I'm in the US and there is no warehouse here, so it would cost me $45 to return, and$60 if I wanted tracking. Neither of those is acceptable. I will be selling it secondhand.”
“The size was small. I asked for the change of size. Was told to return it. The price has grown in the meantime. The customer service told me I have to return the piece and buy for the higher price. Nonsense, useless customer service.”
