“Terrible service. I ordered according to the size chart, the jacket arrived to be much too small. Customer service replied that I can return it, but I have to complete all customs procedures, including VAT and customs duties, and pay for the mailing. I have to pay as much as the jacket cost. Somehow not very client oriented”
