“I don't know if you have sent two times the man Model, or if it's unisex size, but i ordered one Jacket for Woman and one for Man. The Woman version is definitely too big, so i wanted to return it and exchange for a XS (or a real S Woman if you made a mistake and sent 2x Man jacket). Problem is your Customer Service is nonexistent ! I wrote you 3 times via the form on your website, yet no answer and not even an acknowledgement of receipt. No other way to contact you, this is pretty poor customer experience! I am super disappointed and i want to return my product and apply my return rights !”
