“The size of the jacket was completely different than on the size chart, I suspected I got a men’s one even though the tag said women’s. Contacted customer service on a contact form (well hidden on the page and you have to be persistent because the contact form thinks you are a spam and refuses to be sent) and never got a reply. Only order if you are not expecting any customer care or return option…. Very dissappointing even if the products are good quality otherwise.”
