“I was very disappointed about the size and the handling of the exchange for a smaller size. First of all it is more XL and very thin quality. Secondly, I had to send it back on my expense for 14 Eur and then asked to order a new size, pay shipment cost again while according to the term and conditions an exchange should be free of charge. On top, every time I had to wait long time to get any response from the customer service. I have tried this brand for the first time and I would not recommend it.”
