Tried to return however will cost more then they are worth since I am in Canada and they ship from Spain. Also they said customer responsible for customs for return That’s not possible unless they pay the customs up front and send me a bill. So likely they would deny the package with my return and it would get sent back to me. Then I would loose what I paid to ship it and also wouldn’t get refunded for the product. Not to mention I paid for express shipping for extra cost $29 and change and it said it would be 3 days. Took at least a week. I understand that it’s coming from Spain to Canada however don’t ask me to pay the shipping for express when it’s not express regular shipping said 7-10 days I could have saved myself the extra money.
Will not recommend to anyone. Will not buy ever again from the company.”
