“Three weeks after ordering ink it still has not arrived. After a week I messaged 999 who said they'd deal with it but still nothing. I usually buy ink from Amazon but as an experiment thought I'd try 999. Safe to say I won't bother again and would not recommend this company.”

“Remanufactured cartridge doesn't do 480 pages and expired in 9 months. I used to always buy HP genuine cartridges but I'm fed up of them expiring before I've used the ink as I rarely print. So I purchased a remanufactured HP301 XL cartridge in April 2023 which is supposed to print 480 pages. I purchased a ream of 150 sheets of paper in 2022 and it's not even half used. So the cartridge has only printed approx 20% of the pages it claims to print. Very disappointing.”
