“Unfortunately I was sent the wrong cartridges, which is twice in a row now. I order 302 HP cartridges, such as on your picture, but you actually send me 302XL cartridges, which are incompatible with my printer. I'm in the process of getting a refund, but it looks like it will take weeks.”
