“I recently ordered four ink cartridges, unfortunately upon arrival two were broken and there was ink everywhere, I know this happened during transit, but there as there wasn't any padding to protect the cartridges. However when I contacted 999inks they swiftly arranged to send replacement cartridges out, which was very much appreciated.”
