“I had a problem with the CYAN colour from a previous delivery. I had put the new cartridges in and had been using my printer for about 2/3 weeks, when suddenly the CYAN colour just showed up as empty,while the other 3 colours were showing up as having plenty of ink left in them.. I ordered a new cartridge just for the CYAN colour, which arrived very quickly, inserted it into my printer, and I was up and running again immediately. So thank you 999inks for sending out the cartridge very quickly.”
