“I purchased 4 in deep bass traps. 3 of them Bought 2 in high frequency traps 20 of them. Technically I have not measured response etc. but the were all made well. Identical in size and proper measurements without variations. Fabric wrap was done well. Shipped well packaged. And done quickly.”

Good Morning Ron, We shipped this order within 10 business days. Our standard lead time is 10-14 business days for production per your order confirmation. You reached out to us on 10/5/22 at 8 pm to cancel the order. Unfortunately, the order has already shipped by that time. Upon arrival, FedEx contacted us and informed us that you had left for Italy for 3 weeks and would charge storage fees of $90 per day to hold the pallet until you returned. We opted to return the pallet to avoid these charges. We currently have your order in our warehouse and can ship it today for you.
