“We absolutely love the panels. They look great and we have immediately noticed a difference in our room. Our problem is with the lack of customer service. During shipping we had damage to panels. It was not Acoustimac's fault as the box came in later than the others and the shipping box was mangled and wet. But we have tried several weeks to get this resolved. We were asked for pictures of the damage, which we provided but nothing since then. Their product is so good just wisht their customer service was equal.”
