“We have a very large, square room that sound was booming off the walls in every direction. We noticed a huge difference just when we set them around the room, on the floor, leaning up against the walls, to get our placement set up. Once our 60, 2'x4' panels were in place, the sound was dramatically better. Since we installed the panels, we have not experienced any of our prior standing reverberation issues. I highly recommend AcoustiMac for your room/sound problem solution. They helped us get the right kind of panels, the right number of panels, and gave us guidance on the installation we needed to do ourselves. “We had a ceiling cloud in our other home theater and have planned on adding one to our current home for several years. Once we had both parties buying-in, it was on to sizing and positioning. Finding the right combination of materials, colors, sizes, and manufacturer's location [made 100% in the USA] was my key factor in choosing Acoustimac. Five 2'x4' panels showed up quickly once our order was placed. We have a vaulted ceiling so we chose to use six 2" stainless steel standoffs per 2x4 panel and 25 pound pull neodymium magnets on each standoff with the magnets epoxied to the panels. This way we could put the standofffs on the rafters and be assured thet it was not going to fall down any time soon. The solution was elegant, simple, and the sound in our home theater was transformed as anticipated. The width and depth of the soundstage increased in size and subtle inner detailing was revealed. The focus is now much more solid and overall we would give the treatment a solid 10. The change could be much like upgrading your preamp, nothing subtle about it at all. Plus it was 10x less expensive in doing this than snagging an Audio Research Reference 6SE. You should try this in your room. We suspect that you will be as impressed as we were.”

“Our club house was remodeled a few years ago. All hard surfaces. The echo was horrible. These panels did the trick. They also added warmth to the room. We included acoustical art pieces.”

We've utilized Acoustimac sciences to remove -20 dBA of high noise in some areas with a general reduction of -7 to -10 dBA overall. Eric Harris was a great asset.
