“The sales representative was super helpfully since yours truly thought he had created an account for a previous order and haven't. Not only did he help me set up an account but alos found a discount for an order of additional sound panels. Those additional panels have been received and installed and people have been commenting how fantastic they look. Thank you so much.”

“I have used Acoustimac for 3 different studios at Baltimore School for Drumming and just love their products. I can't say enough good things about this business. “While the panels are always of good quality, there are almost always damaged panels when they arrive. Often because of the shipper, but sometimes they were packed poorly at the point of origin. This has caused delays too many time when we have a team onsite to install them. Please improve your product packaging and select a higher quality shipping company.”

“Good service from sales and transportation. Panels are lightweight and easy to handle. Transport damaged a couple of them, but quickly replaced. The cardboard corners fall off when handled a few times, which scuffed up almost all the panels, so prob should improve this. Caution to users that because of the wool, the panels are very “soft” so can be dented if placed where door handles, etc can puncture them.”

“We recently purchased and installed 4 Acoustimac panels in our fellowship hall. Following replacement of the carpeted floor with hard flooring in the hall, the room was very noisy. The Acoustimac panels have made a big improvement and noise levels are greatly improved. We are very pleased with our purchase from Acoustimac.”
